As we have mentioned a couple of times, the old Affiliate.Viator.com platform has been retired and is no longer supported. Partners with old links starting with “affiliate.viator.com…” can avoid losing commissions from sales, by updating these old links with the current URLs.

Any link starting with “affiliate.viator.com” is no longer supported. We currently only support links starting with “partner.viator.com”

Here is an example:

OLD LINK: http://www.affiliate.viator.com/brochure/product_show.jsp?CODE=3590FISH&ID=1010&PRODUCTID=1016&AUID=4668

CURRENT LINK: http://www.partner.viator.com/en/4668/tours/Tampa/Swim-with-the-Fishes-at-The-Florida-Aquarium-in-Tampa-Bay/d666-3590FISH

Don’t worry we have made the update process easy. There are a number of ways to obtain the current links for products and destinations:

- XML/CSV feeds - current products and destinations lists and feeds are available in the Partner Admin Site. For more information, click here.

- Partner site URLs - most URLs within your Partner site can be copy and pasted as-is for easy linking. For more information, click here.
