As mentioned in our FAQs, Viator will pay you a 5% commission based on the gross retail price (excluding taxes and fees) on all Viator products sold through your website and traveled by your customers.
Commission payments are made based on the following:
- After products have been traveled and not refunded
- Minimum threshold of $100 USD in Commissions (for check payments)
- Paid the month after meeting the min. commission threshold
Check your pending commissions by reviewing “Reports” and update payment details under “Account Details” in the Viator Partner Admin.
Note: Bookings made on the old Affiliate site will be reported in the Affiliate Admin.
